Hey there,
Eric here with another Exercise of the Month, and today we're looking at Resistance Mountain Climbers. This is one of the exercises included in the CoreFlex4D Resistance Bands Training, in which you'll learn more advanced exercises utilizing the CoreFlex4D Resistance Bands, leading to bigger gains. | | • Resistance Mountain Climbers are straightforward and easy to learn, but also challenging. • It engages and strengthens your obliques, but it also works your upper and center abdominals. • It increases the stimulation of the abs compared to regular Mountain Climbers, resulting in bigger gains. | | 2. Attach the resistance band to an anchor point and securely loop the other end around the CoreFlex4D's bar. 3. Next, get into the plank position and walk your feet back until you can feel the resistance. 4. Once in the plank position, bend your right knee and step your foot up towards your arm and out to the side. 5. Keep your core tight and your glutes engaged throughout the movement. 6. Return your leg to the starting position, and repeat the movement with your other leg. 7. Do a set of 10 or however many you feel comfortable with, then take a break. | | Resistance Mountain Climbers are a great way to add tension and increase the challenge by utilizing resistance.
