Hey there, It's Eric here from CoreFlex4D, back with another Exercise of the Month. Want to get flat lower abs? You're not alone. Flat lower abs, and especially a V-cut, give you that really defined abs look that many people work hard to achieve.
The CoreFlex4D targets all the abs muscles, but some exercises put specific focus on the lower abs. | | ● Get into a plank position, with your hands flat on the floor, and rest both feet on the CoreFlex4D handles where you would normally rest your arms. This is one of the only exercises in which you put your legs rather than arms on the CoreFlex4D.
● While keeping your arms and upper body in position, roll both knees up into your chest as far as you can go.
● Ideally, your knees should reach the level of your arms, which you should keep straight throughout.
● Roll your feet back to the starting position for one rep, then repeat until you've done 10 reps (or whatever you're comfortable with).
● If you want to, you can also add a pushup when your legs are all the way back to add another element to the exercise.
| | This is a great way to use the CoreFlex4D in a different way from the majority of the exercises, and your lower abs will really feel it. Order your CoreFlex4D today if you haven't got one yet and try this exercise today. | | | | |
