Hey there, Whether you're new to the CoreFlex4D and 4D Dynamic Core Training or you've been working out intensely for months, it's normal to have questions. So today we decided to let Max, our Co-Founder and Head Trainer, answer your biggest questions. Check out his answers below to some of the most common questions we receive from fitness enthusiasts: | | Q: What makes the CoreFlex4D different from a regular ab wheel? The CoreFlex4D is much more than an ab wheel. It's more like a plank on steroids. First, the CoreFlex4D lifts the traditional plank off the ground, creating instability—which leads to amazing and constant muscles stimulation, resulting in better and faster results in less time. Second, by being off the ground, it creates a huge variety of exercises, stimulating the abs and core from all directions, resulting in a whole new level of abs and core workout. It is also much more comfortable to use, allowing you to work out longer without experiencing any of the discomfort or pain that you usually get with regular ab wheels. | | Q: How long does it typically take to see results with the CoreFlex4D? If you work out on the CoreFlex4D every day for a few minutes, you'll feel your muscles being engaged (e.g. they will feel sore) after just 1-2 sessions. Within just 1-2 weeks, youir muscles will be significantly stronger and more defined. However, whether you will actually see these results depends on the amount of fat you have around your abs. If you have a layer of fat, you'll first need to get rid of this to actually see the results from your workouts—and that involves good nutrition. But if you have less fat to get rid of, you'll start noticing results fast. | | Q: Are there any age restrictions or limitations for using the CoreFlex4D? There are no limitations for using the CoreFlex4D other than "regular" general limitations to working out. For example, if you have back issues or heart issues, you should contact your physician first. | | Q: Can 4D Dynamic Core Training benefit beginners, or is it only for advanced users? 4D Dynamic Core Training is suitable for people of all fitness levels, and you can do variations of the same exercise so that it is more suitable for a beginner or advanced user. For example, you can do an exercise on your knees rather than toes to make it easier. This type of training is highly effective, whether you're just starting out or have a lot of workout experience. | | Q: What makes 4D Dynamic Core Training more effective than standard ab workouts? 1. It engages the abs throughout the entire workout because the body always needs to stabilize itself, and more muscle engagement time means better results. 2. It engages the abs and core in ways that were not possible before.
3. It engages the entire core, from 360 degrees, creating a very comprehensive workout, working out the entire core region.

The engagement of the muscles is very natural, because it "forces" the body to use the abs and core muscles as they were naturally intended to be used, and not just in a 1 or 2 dimensional way like with sit-ups or planks, resulting in better and more natural muscles stimulation. | | Q: How can the CoreFlex4D be integrated into an existing workout routine? I'd recommend doing a few minutes every day with the CoreFlex4D, focusing on 2-3 exercises (but if you can do more, that's even better). These should ideally be exercises that work different parts of the abs. | | Q: Does the CoreFlex4D come with a workout program or guide for first-time users? Yes. The CoreFlex4D comes with a training session that teaches the fundamental and basic principles of the CoreFlex4D and 4D Dynamic Core Training—what it is, techniques, main exercises, and more. We also have a 30-Day Abs & Core Transformation Program. This is made up of 30 short daily workouts with our trainer, who teaches and shows exactly what to do every day to get the best results within 30 days. We also offer additional training programs with different accessories, such as Core Sliders and Resistance Bands. | | Q: How much space is needed to use the CoreFlex4D effectively? All you need is a space you can Plank in, so something around your height plus around 10 inches of space in front of you so you can stretch your arms forward. I also recommend keeping a space of 1-1.5 feet on each side to allow for side exercises such as V-Rolls. | | Q: Is the CoreFlex4D suitable for people with previous injuries? Yes, the CoreFlex4D is perfect for people with previous injuries, such as shoulder or back injuries, and joint pains. The CoreFlex4D is designed to eliminate all pressure on the wrists, shoulders, and back because of the way you rest your forearms on the arm rests. Having said that, if you have a significant injury, we do recommend that you consult with your physician first, just like with any other physical activity. | | Q: How long should I work out each day to see the best results? All you need is a few minutes a day using the CoreFlex4D for it to be effective. Having said that, the more you do, the better and faster the results will be. I recommend our 30-Day program because every daily workout only lasts for a few minutes, but it is built in such a way that it maximizes results. | | Q: Is the CoreFlex4D only for working out the core or is it for my whole body? The CoreFlex4D primarily focuses on the abs & core, but it stimulates muscles in the entire body—from your arms and shoulders all the way down to your legs and glutes. | | I hope that's cleared some things up for you!
