July 23rd

Greetings, Friend!

Tell us you were watching Wednesday's Nasdaq profile... It caught fire.

Opening at $1.49, it rocketed to a high of $2.28 for an intraday surge of approx. 53% intraday.

At the same time that explosive move was transpiring, a past champ caught our attention.

It made a move of 100% to its pre-market high on June 30th after we brought it into focus.

Here's why we did that...

The defense sector is advancing rapidly as swift technological shifts redefine global military priorities.

Just two years ago, global defense spending exceeded $2.7Tn and continues rising, fueled by demand for advanced digital tools and integrated systems.

One lesser-known company is building momentum by linking critical technologies across operational settings.

Its work centers on secure signal processing, coordinated intelligence, and real-time situational awareness, capabilities increasingly essential in data-driven defense strategies.

Positioned at the intersection of software precision and operational use, it is helping translate innovation into mission readiness.

As governments expand in-vest-ment in next-generation capabilities, including AI-enabled defense systems growing over 13% annually, its approach closely aligns with the industry’s trajectory.

And with a low float of under 19Mn shares signaling volatility potential could be heightened, and several recent press releases painting the company in a positive light, this under-the-radar Nasdaq profile is all over my watchlist:

5 Potential Catalysts Put (Nasdaq: VWAV) In The Spotlight

1.) VWAV Has A Fairly Low Float (Volatility Potential May Be Explosive).

Sporting a float of roughly 18.57Mn shares, according to Yahoo Finance, volatility potential could pop up in a flash for VWAV.

2.) VisionWave Files U.S. Provisional Patent Application For SkyWeave™, An AI-Orchestrated Satellite-Free Global Communication Ecosystem.

VisionWave’s SkyWeave™ patent filing highlights a promising step toward AI-driven, satellite-free communications for difficult operating environments.

By targeting long-range connectivity without relying on vulnerable infrastructure, the technology could strengthen defense, emergency response, and remote mission support.

Its intelligent routing, propagation analysis, and adaptive transmission features may improve reliability for unmanned systems, including drones and UGVs.

If developed successfully, SkyWeave could become a valuable communications layer that broadens VisionWave’s technology stack and reinforces its position in defense-focused autonomy.

3.) VisionWave Signs Definitive Agreement To Acquire Controlling Interest In Meteor Aerospace.

VisionWave’s agreement to acquire a controlling 51% stake in Meteor Aerospace could significantly broaden its reach across air, land, sea, and electronic warfare domains.

Meteor brings a multi-domain portfolio spanning UAVs, UGVs, USVs, loitering munitions, EW, SIGINT, and C4ISR, giving VisionWave access to a more integrated defense platform.

The transaction also preserves Meteor founder Itzhak Nissan in a leadership role, supporting continuity and technical depth.

If completed, the deal could accelerate VisionWave’s expansion into advanced national security solutions.

4.) A Tech Company and VisionWave Complete Their Strategic Transaction to Advance an RF Defense Platform.

VisionWave completed a roughly $7Mn strategic transaction strengthening its RF sensing collaboration with a technology partner, advancing capabilities for defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure markets.

The partnership enhances detection of wireless signals in non line of sight and low visibility environments, complementing traditional optical systems.

Demonstrated applications include counter drone operations, threat identification, and urban situational awareness.

By integrating these RF technologies with its autonomous platforms, VisionWave positions itself to deliver differentiated, mission critical solutions globally, reinforcing its leadership in next generation sensing and autonomy systems rapidly expanding.

5.) VisionWave Brings AI-based Sensing Capabilities for the Defense and Security Sector by Acquiring a Controlling Interest in a Tech Company.

VisionWave agreed to acquire a controlling interest in a technology company, adding advanced AI driven RF sensing capabilities to its STRATUM™ SENSE suite of sensing technologies.

The transaction, valued at $17.5Mn in VisionWave shares, builds on prior acquisitions including the xClibre™ AI video intelligence IP portfolio.

This move aims to enhance VisionWave’s multi-modal sensing stack, improving detection, analysis, and computational performance for defense and commercial applications.

By consolidating complementary technologies, the company strengthens its competitive positioning and accelerates development of integrated, high value sensing solutions across evolving global security and industrial markets worldwide today.
