Take A Look At (SINT) While It’s Still Early…

October 1, 2026

Dear Reader,

Thursday morning is here, and SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT) is the name sitting at the top of our radar right now.

The global orthopedic biomaterials sector is on pace to more than double over the next decade…

According to a recent report, the space was valued at $22.71B in 2024 and is projected to reach $48.58B by 2034.

That kind of sustained, structural growth creates openings — and one NASDAQ-listed company worth watching closely right now is SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT).

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, SINTX is an advanced ceramics and biomaterials company built around silicon nitride — a proprietary material platform with a rare combination of demonstrated bone affinity and inherent resistance to bacterial adhesion.

Those two properties together could matter enormously…

Because for decades, the orthopedic world has relied on the same handful of legacy implant materials — titanium, PEEK, cobalt-chromium alloys…

They work.

But they each carry well-documented drawbacks — from stress shielding to bacterial colonization to poor integration with surrounding bone tissue.

Silicon nitride's surface chemistry has been shown in peer-reviewed research to actively promote bone cell attachment while simultaneously resisting bacterial biofilm formation — a dual mechanism that legacy materials simply do not offer.

And what makes (SINT) particularly interesting right now is that the company appears to be crossing the line from development-stage into genuine commercial execution…

SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT) is topping our watchlist this morning—Thursday, October 1, 2026.

Inline Image

According to Yahoo Finance, (NASDAQ: SINT) has a float less than 5.5M listed as available to the public—with a float that small, the potential exists for big moves if demand begins to shift.

Three Analysts Carry Targets Well Above Recent Levels

Three research firms currently covering SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT) carry bullish ratings and targets ranging from $6 to $12.

H.C. Wainwright analyst Brandon Folkes carries a bullish rating and a $10 target on (SINT).

Maxim Group analyst Anthony Vendetti carries a bullish rating and a $6 target.

Ascendiant analyst Edward Woo carries a bullish rating and a $12 target.

With (SINT) recently around the $2 level, each of those published targets sits well above recent levels.

According to S&P Global consensus data, the average analyst target across four covering firms currently stands at $9.13.

Analyst targets are estimates rather than guarantees, but the range provides another data point to follow as SINTX works to expand its commercial operations and advance its silicon nitride platform.

The Material That Does What Legacy Implants Can't

Silicon nitride is not new to the medical world…

But the way SINTX has built a vertically integrated platform around it — from raw powder processing through finished FDA-cleared devices — is something that deserves a closer look.

The company's SiNAPTIC® Foot & Ankle Osteotomy Wedge System received FDA 510(k) clearance in October 2025.

Inline Image

That's a real regulatory milestone — and the kind of validation that opens the door to broader clinical adoption.

During the first half of 2026, SINTX initiated a Limited Use Release of SiNAPTIC and established a network of twelve independent orthopedic distributors specializing in foot and ankle surgery across the United States.

Twelve distributor relationships in the first six months of launch is a solid commercial foundation.

As surgeon experience with the material grows and clinical outcomes data accumulates from real-world use, management expects this infrastructure to support broader market penetration throughout the United States — and potentially into adjacent orthopedic applications beyond foot and ankle.

Beyond SiNAPTIC, the company is advancing its SiNERGY™ biocomposite platform — which combines silicon nitride with PEEK to target next-generation spinal fusion implants and personalized 3D-printed orthopedic devices.

Inline Image

The company completed construction of its advanced 3D printing manufacturing facility during the first half of 2026, designed to support patient-specific and custom implant production.

That's not a concept rendering or a fundraising deck…

That's physical infrastructure, built and ready to produce.

And on September 14, 2026, SINTX announced a Silicon Nitride Masterclass hosted by Orthopedics This Week — the most widely read publication in the orthopedics space, reaching over 400,000 annual readers in more than 120 countries.

The Masterclass brought together leading experts in implant retrieval, biomaterials research, and clinical practice to examine silicon nitride's properties and potential advantages relative to established implant materials.

That kind of third-party educational visibility is how new biomaterials build credibility within the surgical community…

And it puts (SINT) in front of exactly the audience that matters most — the surgeons and distributors who make adoption decisions.

The Revenue Picture Is Starting to Come Into Focus

This is where things get tangible…

On June 22, 2026, SINTX announced receipt of more than $3.2M in contract manufacturing purchase orders from multiple customers for the production of advanced ceramic components.

"We believe these purchase orders reflect continued customer interest in SINTX's manufacturing capabilities and our ability to support technically demanding component requirements," said Eric K. Olson, Chairman and CEO.

Then in the company's mid-year 2026 business update, management issued forward revenue guidance — projecting approximately $900K to $1.1M for Q3 2026 and approximately $1.0M to $1.3M for Q4 2026.

Revenue guidance from a company at this stage signals confidence in near-term execution…

It suggests the pipeline of purchase orders is converting into real production and shipments — not sometime in the future, but now.

The industrial ceramics business provides something strategically important as well — a diversified revenue base that supports continued development of the higher-margin medical device pipeline without relying entirely on a single product line.

And that development pipeline keeps expanding.

Animal studies evaluating the company's antipathogenic suture and wound care technologies are scheduled to begin during Q3 2026, with preliminary data expected to be available before year-end for potential licensing partners.

Meanwhile, the NIH recently granted SINTX an additional twelve-month extension to access approximately $745K remaining on the final phase of its $1.97M research grant supporting development of 3D-printed silicon nitride porous PEEK spinal fusion implants.

Inline Image

That NIH backing carries added weight…

It represents independent validation of the science underneath the commercial platform.

And the broader market for the material itself continues to expand.

According to Verified Market Reports, the global industrial silicon nitride ceramics market was valued at $1.2B in 2025 and is estimated to reach $2.5B by 2034, exhibiting a CAGR of 9.5%.

That means SINTX isn't chasing a niche…

The company is operating in a materials category with deep, multi-sector demand — from medical devices and aerospace to semiconductors and high-performance industrial components.

The combination of a proprietary technology platform, U.S.-based manufacturing capabilities, and an expanding patent portfolio gives SINTX a defensible position within that growing market — particularly as the demand for advanced ceramics accelerates across medical, defense, and semiconductor applications simultaneously.

The company also recently engaged Chris Lyons of Southern Metrics — a veteran medtech executive with more than three decades of experience, including thirteen years at Medtronic Spine and Biologics — to coordinate and evaluate inbound strategic possibilities involving potential commercial partnerships, licensing relationships, and other business development initiatives.

That's the kind of move a company makes when interest from the broader medtech industry is real and accelerating…

And it suggests the silicon nitride platform may be attracting attention from larger players — the kind of attention that doesn't always show up in public filings until a deal gets done.

When a company with a differentiated technology platform brings in a Medtronic veteran to run a formal strategic process, it typically means the inbound interest has reached a level that requires professional management.

That's a signal worth watching closely.

October 1st

Greetings Readers,

Hole 26MN-115 went into the ground at Goldwedge like dozens of holes before it.

When the assays came back, Scorpio Gold Corporation (Nasdaq: SGLD) reported 3.02 g/t gold across 48.92 metres, including 5.24 metres grading 19.29 g/t. A second hole, 26MN-118, returned 1.19 g/t over 99.94 metres.

That is a continuous run of mineralization longer than a football field.

The release landed September 2nd. One day earlier, the company's American Depositary Shares had opened on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol SGLD.

History gives this story weight.

The Manhattan District has produced roughly 700K ounces of gold since the late 1890s, and it sits about 15 kilometres south of Kinross's Round Mountain mine, which has produced more than 15Mn ounces, according to the SGLD's September 17th update.

The scale is growing too.

Phase Two now totals 114 holes and 32,585 metres, and the district already carries a maiden estimate of 740K ounces at 1.26 g/t in the inferred category.

SGLD CEO Zayn Kalyan said grades like these open the door to a potential underground starter operation.

Headline 2026 intercepts ranked by gram-metres. Data from Scorpio Gold's August 10th and September 2nd releases and earlier 2026 drill updates.

Behind The Scenes: The CEO On The Record

Kalyan sat down for a September 19th podcast interview a few weeks after the Nasdaq listing. He spent little time on the listing itself. Instead, he walked through what the drills are finding and where the team plans to aim next.

Then he pulled out the map.

His team is concentrating on a 2 kilometre strike inside an 8.5 kilometre package that holds past-producing mines and five historic resources.

Two drills are turning, and the stated target is a resource update toward 2Mn ounces.

He also noted the company holds roughly C$8Mn after a no-warrant financing at C$0.25 per share.

About Scorpio Gold Corporation

Scorpio Gold Corporation is a Vancouver-based gold explorer and developer with one clear focus.

It holds 100% of the Manhattan District in Nevada's Walker Lane Trend. The package includes the advanced exploration-stage Goldwedge Mine and four past-producing pits acquired from Kinross in 2021, backed by more than 140,000 metres of historical drilling plus permitting and water rights.

The company doesn't generate mining revenue today. It funds drilling from its treasury and asset sales. It sold its Mineral Ridge subsidiary in August 2025 for total consideration of $7.5Mn, and it received the second deferred payment in May 2026. It then closed a C$10.8Mn public offering on July 23, 2026, with Velocity and Raymond James as agents.

Its Q2 MD&A shows $8.43Mn of exploration capitalized at Goldwedge in the first half of 2026.

The larger theme is domestic gold supply from a proven jurisdiction.

Nevada's stable permitting and deep mining history make it one of the most closely watched places to find new ounces, and Manhattan sits in the heart of the Walker Lane.

The Pivot: Putting Yesterday’s Material To The Test

The newest move is a second track. The company has engaged SLR International, announced September 17th, to run a sonic drilling and metallurgical program across four historic surface facilities: the heap leach pad, tailings, waste dump, and low-grade stockpile.

About 35 sonic holes are planned, with head test work covering gold and silver assays, sulfur and c-ya-nide amenability.

“This program is about systematically quantifying this material,” Kalyan said.

The goal is a data package that toll mills within trucking distance of Manhattan would need. Management notes that historical mining ran under lower gold prices and older recovery methods.

If results warrant, a second phase would deliver a resource estimate additive to current inventory.

The material is not yet a resource, and no tonnage has been disclosed.

Current inferred ounces, a non-current historical estimate and the company's conceptual target. Data from the September 17th release and the company website.

6 Potential Catalysts Putting (Nasdaq: SGLD) On Our Watchlist

#1. A Fresh Nasdaq Listing Opens The Door To U.S. Market Watchers. Since September 1st, (SGLD) has been listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market through an ADS structure that avoided a share consolidation.

#2. Back-To-Back Wide Intercepts Point To Potential Bulk Scale. Recent Goldwedge holes returned 3.38 g/t over 33.31 metres and 1.19 g/t over 99.94 metres, adding to (SGLD)'s record of long mineralized runs.

#3. Already-Mined Surface Material Could Become A Potential Second Track. The SLR-designed program tests whether surface material can support organic growth, a potential alternative to equity financing for (SGLD).

#4. A Neighbor To One Of Nevada's Largest Gold Mines. Manhattan lies roughly 15 kilometres south of Round Mountain, and (SGLD) holds the entire consolidated district around it.

#5. Nevada Ranks At The Top For Mining Attractiveness. The Fraser Institute's 2025 survey placed Nevada at the top globally, and (SGLD) holds 100% of its flagship district there.

#6. Low Float Profile Could Mean The Potential For Heightened Volatility To Exist. Yahoo Finance lists a float of roughly 15.93Mn shares for (SGLD), so the potential for heightened volatility may be significant.

Closing: Why This Name Is On Our Radar

Scorpio Gold Corporation (Nasdaq: SGLD) has spent 2026 turning an old camp into a modern story.

Wide intercepts, a maiden resource, a Nasdaq ticker, and a fresh treasury are now in place.

The next chapters look clear: pending assays, a resource update and the first sonic results from the surface program.

Consider SGLD for your radar and consider reviewing its filings on SEC EDGAR before the next update lands.

We’re initiating coverage on Scorpio Gold Corporation (Nasdaq: SGLD).

Stay tuned for updates heading out shortly. Talk soon.

Sincerely,

Kai Parker
