See Why We Have (NASDAQ: ALOY) Pulled Up Right Now…
November 4, 2026
Dear Reader,
When rare earth magnets become the chokepoint for the next generation of defense systems, humanoid robots, and electric vehicles… the companies with a working supply chain outside China won't have to explain their relevance.
That relevance is exactly what REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) has been building — quietly, methodically, and ahead of a deadline that could reshape the entire sector.
And today, there's a new development worth paying attention to…
REalloys just signed a non-binding term sheet with the U.S. Department of the Army for a potential long-term Enhanced Use Lease at the Tooele Army Depot in Utah — approximately 200 acres for a heavy rare earth processing facility focused on dysprosium and terbium, the exact elements needed for high-temperature permanent magnets in defense systems.
The proposed lease carries an initial term of 50 years with a 25-year renewal option — up to 75 years of operating tenure on an active U.S. military base.
"Rare earth processing is a known national security vulnerability," said Dr. Jeff Waksman, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment, citing China's near-total monopoly on dysprosium and terbium.
The company is constructing what it describes as a full-stack mine-to-magnet platform… spanning upstream feedstock, midstream separation and metallization, and downstream magnet manufacturing, all based in North America.
According to the company, it is 100% vertically integrated and stands as the only North American entity with uranium and thorium removal capability through its partnership with the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC).
And the timing could not be more relevant.
REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) is topping our watchlist this morning — Wednesday, November 4, 202

According to Yahoo Finance, (NASDAQ: ALOY) has a float less than 24M listed as available to the public—with a float that small, the potential exists for big moves if demand begins to shift.
The January Deadline Nobody Can Afford to Miss
On January 1, 2027, new Pentagon procurement rules take effect under DFARS 252.225-7052, restricting the use of Chinese-origin rare earth materials in American weapons systems.
Every defense contractor currently sourcing rare earth magnets or magnet materials from China will need a compliant domestic alternative.
That's not a soft guideline. It's a hard cutoff — and it applies across the entire defense procurement chain.
And here's what most people outside the defense world don't realize…
The qualification process for defense-grade materials takes years. Once a supplier clears that process and gets locked into a program, replacing them becomes a technical and regulatory undertaking that nobody takes on willingly.
Defense platforms are designed to operate for decades.
That means the companies that get qualified before the January 1 deadline could be embedded in programs running 20, 30, even 40 years into the future.
Think about that for a moment…
A single qualification window — measured in weeks now, not years — could determine which companies anchor the American rare earth magnet supply chain for an entire generation.
REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) has been preparing for this moment.

The company announced in June that it expects to receive high-purity dysprosium, terbium, and NdPr oxides from SRC as early as Q4 2026, specifically to support customer qualification ahead of the January deadline.
The Euclid, Ohio facility is already operational and has worked on contracts with the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and NASA.
That matters because these are not theoretical relationships. These are existing program connections with the agencies that will be enforcing the new procurement rules.
And in September, the company appointed Dr. Muhammad Imran as COO — the man who spent 17 years at SRC and served as its Chief Technology Officer. He built the processing technology now being scaled for commercial use… and he's running operations heading into the deadline.
"Muhammad brings valuable experience in rare-earth technology development, scale-up and capital-project execution," said CEO Lipi Sternheim.
That's not a symbolic hire. That's someone who knows where every valve, every process step, and every bottleneck lives — because he designed the system.
The Robotics Magnet Bottleneck

The defense angle alone would make this worth watching.
But there's another demand curve building that could matter just as much…
Goldman Sachs now forecasts approximately 6.5M humanoid robots per year by 2035 — nearly five times its prior estimate. Every single one of those robots needs up to 4.5 kilograms of rare earth magnets to move.
Each humanoid robot relies on roughly 30 motors, and every motor needs a magnet. The motors that run hot — which is most of them in a working robot — require magnets containing dysprosium and terbium to hold their magnetic strength under thermal stress.
Now multiply that across the EV sector as well…
Every electric vehicle on the road depends on rare earth permanent magnets in its drivetrain motor. As global EV adoption accelerates, the demand for NdPr, dysprosium, and terbium only intensifies — and that demand is landing on a supply base that was already strained before the robotics wave even began.
China currently manufactures more than 90% of the world's rare earth magnets. When Beijing introduced export licensing for those magnets, Tesla's Optimus robot production was directly affected.
That's exactly the kind of risk REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) is designed to address. The company has secured the rights to approximately 80% of SRC's planned output of NdPr, dysprosium, and terbium — all from outside China.
Morgan Stanley projects rare earth magnet demand rising three to five times over the coming decade… driven by defense, EVs, robotics, and AI infrastructure.
The supply side remains dangerously concentrated in a single country that has tightened export controls repeatedly.
That gap between surging demand and constrained supply is where the entire rare earth narrative sits right now.
And the companies that control non-Chinese supply are the ones standing directly in the path of that demand.
A Supply Chain Built for This Moment
What separates REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) from most names in the rare earth space is scope.
This is not a company focused on one slice of the value chain. From mine to magnet, every critical step sits under one roof — and that vertical integration is exactly what defense and industrial customers need when qualifying a new supplier.
Upstream, the company owns the Hoidas Lake rare earth project in Saskatchewan and has secured feedstock agreements with partners across Kazakhstan, Brazil, Greenland, Wyoming, and Appalachia. It also processes feedstock from recycled magnets, e-waste, lamp phosphors, and coal-hosted resources.
Midstream, approximately 150 metric tons per year of NdPr metallization capacity is targeted for commissioning in Q1 2027… followed by integrated production from monazite concentrate through separated products and metal targeted for Q3 2027.
Downstream, REalloys recently signed a strategic letter of intent with JS Link, a South Korean permanent magnet manufacturer, targeting the development of a fully integrated, non-Chinese rare earth magnet supply chain in North America.
That last piece is critical…
Without a magnet manufacturing partner, even a fully separated rare earth supply stays one step removed from the end product. The JS Link partnership closes that gap — raw feedstock in, finished magnets out, all within a non-Chinese supply chain.
The U.S. Army has selected REalloys to negotiate the construction and operation of rare earth processing facilities on the Tooele Army Depot in Utah — the first time a commercial rare-earth-processing facility has been placed on an American military base.
That detail alone tells you something about the priority the Pentagon is placing on this problem. When the military invites a private company onto a base to process strategic materials, the signal is unmistakable.
The company closed $100M in institutional financing earlier this year and holds approximately $122.4M in cash with virtually no debt…
And the leadership bench is built for exactly this moment. Chairman Stephen S. DuMont is President of GM Defense. General Jack Keane (Ret.) is a four-star general and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient. Former Secretary of Defense Chief of Staff Joe Kasper chairs the advisory board.
That's not a boardroom assembled by accident.
7 Reasons Why We're Watching (NASDAQ: ALOY) This Morning
— Wednesday, November 4, 2026
1. Small-Float: According to Yahoo Finance, less than 24M shares exist in the public float, the potential exists for big moves if demand begins to shift.
2. Pentagon Deadline Approaching: The DFARS 252.225-7052 rule takes effect January 1, 2027, requiring non-Chinese rare earth sourcing for U.S. weapons systems. REalloys is already advancing qualification-grade materials ahead of that deadline.
3. SRC Offtake Exclusivity: The company holds approximately 80% of SRC's planned rare earth output, including NdPr, dysprosium, and terbium — the exact materials needed for high-performance magnets in defense, EV, and robotics applications.
4. Robotics-Driven Magnet Demand: Goldman Sachs estimates 6.5M humanoid robots per year by 2035, each requiring up to 4.5 kg of rare earth magnets. That represents a massive new demand layer on top of existing defense and EV requirements.
5. Defense-Grade Leadership: The board and advisory team include the President of GM Defense, a retired four-star general, and the former Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense. New COO Dr. Muhammad Imran spent 17 years at SRC as its CTO.
6. JS Link Magnet Manufacturing Partnership: The strategic LOI with South Korean magnet manufacturer JS Link targets development of a fully integrated, non-Chinese rare earth magnet supply chain in North America — closing the last gap from raw material to finished magnet.
7. Analyst Coverage: Carter Goman at Needham maintains a $19 target on ALOY, and the two-analyst consensus carries a bullish momentum rating with an average target of $17.
See Why We Have (NASDAQ: ALOY) Pulled Up Right Now…

When the January 1 deadline passes, the companies that are qualified and delivering will be embedded in supply chains for decades.
The companies that aren't will spend years trying to catch up…
And the rare earth magnet sector doesn't have years to give. Between defense mandates, robotics acceleration, and EV adoption curves all converging at once, the window for new entrants to establish compliant, non-Chinese supply is narrowing fast.
REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) has been assembling the pieces — materials expected from SRC in Q4 for qualification, the Euclid facility operational, $122.4M in cash, a magnet manufacturing partnership in place, and a leadership team built to execute.
That combination deserves a closer look.
Also, our next update could be coming very shortly, keep an eye out for it.
