Hey there, The beach season is right around the corner, and it's prime time to craft that eye-catching beach physique you've been dreaming about. PRO TIP – By using top tier equipment like the CoreFlex4D and ABLE that upgrade your midsection and upper body workouts, you'll be on your way to achieving just that! Today, I'm sharing 3 top exercises to include in your workout. And while you won't get the ultimate beach body from these exercises alone, they are must-haves in your workout and will help you get amazing results. Well-defined lower abs (V-cut abs) and obliques have a huge effect on that beach body look—and that's why we built this routine aimed at exactly these parts of the body. | | With this variation on the Mountain Climbers, you'll get into the plank position on the CoreFlex4D and rest your feet on Core Sliders, or anything else that will allow smooth motion on the floor (socks, towel, etc.). Rather than bringing each knee straight up, move them to one side and bring each knee up as high as you can, then repeat on the other side. You'll really feel it in the obliques but also in the center and upper abs. | | With arms resting on the CoreFlex4D, get on your knees, resting them on the CoreFlex4D Knee Pads. Then, rather than doing a straightforward rollout from this position, go out to the side as far as you can. Twist your body once extended, then pull back in (focus on using your abs for the pull-back movement, and not your legs). This exercise really tags the obliques—and the more you extend your arms out, the more you will work your upper abs. You can also increase the difficulty by doing the return movement from your toes instead of your knees - once you reach your limit stretching out, lift your knees from the floor, then pull back to the starting position while on your toes. | | Get into plank position on the CoreFlex4D and rest your feet on the Core Sliders. Rather than doing a straight leg Knee Tuck to bring your knees up, twist your body as you do so. Bring both knees up to one side, contract, and pull in on the CoreFlex4D as you do so. This will tag both the obliques and the lower abs, while engaging the entire core. | | Or find even more in: Incorporate these three exercises, and others, to have those beach body abs ready for summer!
