As of July 1, 2026, the On3 NIL Valuation shifted from an algorithm-based model to a deal-based valuation model. The numbers now reflect real compensation from schools and collectives rather than a projection of marketing potential or "true NIL." With that change in place, Pete Nakos broke down the top 10 valuations in the On3 NIL 100, and a couple of names stand out for very different reasons.
2. Kentucky PF Milan Momcilovic
On3 NIL valuation: $6 million
Many assumed Momcilovic was NBA-bound when he first entered the transfer portal, but pulling his name from the draft in late May turned him into the portal's top remaining prize. His recruitment came down to Kentucky and Louisville, with the Wildcats winning out. The 6-foot-8 forward is walking into Lexington fresh off a season averaging 16.9 points and shooting an NCAA-best 48.7% from three.
5. Ohio State WR Jeremiah Smith
On3 NIL valuation: $5 million
College football's highest-paid wide receiver ever is back for Year 3 in Columbus. Smith told On3's Chris Low this spring he'd fielded an offer north of $10 million to enter the transfer portal, but the Buckeyes found a way to keep him in scarlet and gray. He's coming off an 87-catch, 1,243-yard season and has built out his brand with deals tied to Red Bull and Adidas.
