August 25th

Greetings, Friend!

There is a difference between knowing metal is in the ground and being able to report it under a standard the SEC recognizes.

Sarfartoq had the first for more than fifteen years.

Monday morning Greenland Mines Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRML) delivered the second, publishing the project's first S-K 1300 mineral resource estimate with an effective date of July 31st, 2026, and with it the deposit's first Indicated Mineral Resource category.

Under the company's primary Hybrid case, which combines open pit and underground mining for the first time at this deposit, the estimate reports 6.9 Mt indicated at 1.60% total rare earth oxide alongside 5.3 Mt inferred at 0.96%.

Prior public figures for the project were historic estimates, useful for scoping but not filed to the same standard.

The element detail explains the interest.

Indicated grades come in at 3,070 ppm neodymium oxide and 963 ppm praseodymium oxide, with dysprosium oxide at 32.3 ppm and terbium oxide at 13.2 ppm.

Contained Nd-Pr oxide across both categories totals roughly 40,700 tonnes, which the company measures against about five years of global Nd-Pr oxide refining outside China at 2025 consumption levels.

Three days earlier the regulatory question closed.

On Friday, Greenland's Ministry of Business and Mineral Resources approved the indirect transfer of Mineral Exploration Licence MEL 2020-32 under Section 69(1) of the Mineral Activities Act.

Overnight the share structure changed as well.

The 1-for-50 reverse split announced on August 20th took effect at 12:01 a.m. ET Monday morning.

According to Yahoo Finance, GRML now has a low float of approx. 2.62Mn shares.

Company Breakdown: Greenland Mines Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRML)

Greenland Mines carries two mining assets.

Skaergaard, in southeast Greenland, is a palladium, gold and platinum system held at 80% indirectly, and it received its own S-K 1300 summary in July at 15.00 Moz indicated palladium equivalent.

Sarfartoq arrives through the pending acquisition of Neo North Star Resources for $35Mn in cash and shares, with Neo Performance Materials retaining offtake rights on up to 60% of future ore or concentrate.

The Sarfartoq licence sits roughly 60 km from Kangerlussuaq and hosts conventional rare earth minerals including bastnasite, monazite and ancylite.

The same package carries the Nukittooq niobium-tantalum project and prospective phosphorus mineralization, and company materials describe a 687 km² area with roughly 40 sub-sites.

Management Comments

Dr. Bo MΓΈller Stensgaard, president of Greenland Mines Ltd., put this Monday's filing in historical terms: "For over 15 years, Sarfartoq has been recognized as one of the most strategically important undeveloped neodymium-praseodymium deposits outside of China, but it has never before carried an Indicated category resource."

On the Hybrid framework he added that it gives the company, "real optionality on mining method and real magnitude in the metals the West needs most: neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium."

Independence sits behind those numbers.

Ronald G. Simpson, P.Geo., of GeoSim Services Inc. served as independent qualified person for the estimate, with technical and engineering support from Hassan Ghaffari, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., of Tetra Tech Canada Inc.

Metallurgical work completed by SGS this year produced a flotation concentrate grading 19% to 20% total rare earth oxide at 57% to 58% recovery, with leach recoveries of 98% to 99% for neodymium and 92% to 98% for dysprosium.

Two Filed Resources, Forty Days Apart

The pattern matters more than either release alone.

Skaergaard was filed on July 15th and Sarfartoq Monday morning, which means both Greenland assets now sit on independently prepared S-K 1300 estimates.

Downstream, the Helguvik first right of refusal in Iceland remains the intended processing node in what management calls a North Atlantic Critical Metals Corridor.

6 Key Potential Catalysts Putting (Nasdaq: GRML) At The Top Of Our Watchlist

1.) A First Indicated Classification Under SEC Standards. Sarfartoq now carries 6.9 Mt indicated at 1.60% total rare earth oxide, a filing-grade category the deposit held by GRML has never previously reported.

2.) The Regulatory Condition Cleared A Few Days Ago. Greenland approved the MEL 2020-32 transfer on Friday, which removes the main permitting question that had sat over the acquisition GRML agreed in May.

3.) Contained Magnet Oxide At Genuine Scale. Roughly 40,700 t of Nd-Pr oxide across both categories gives GRML a resource the company benchmarks against several years of non-Chinese refining throughput.

4.) Mining Method Remains Deliberately Open. Open pit, underground and Hybrid scenarios were filed together, leaving GRML with design flexibility rather than a single locked assumption ahead of any economic study.

5.) After A Share Split, The Potential For Volatility May Be Heightened. Monday morning's 1-for-50 split leaves roughly 2.62Mn shares in its float, which places GRML in low-float territory where the potential for heightened volatility may be significant.

6.) A Palladium Resource Sits Alongside The Rare Earths. Skaergaard adds 15.00 Moz of indicated palladium equivalent into a market Metals Focus expects to run physical deficits across all five major platinum-group metals, giving GRML exposure to two separate critical metal themes.

In Summary

The past few days delivered a license approval, a capital structure reset and an independently prepared Indicated resource, in a market where China still holds 61% of mined rare earth supply and 91% of refining capacity.

That combination makes GRML a reasonable name to review now, while the transaction closes and the Initial Assessment work begins, rather than after the next filing has already printed.

Coverage is now underway on Greenland Mines Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRML).

Updates will be heading out soon. Stay tuned.

All the best,
