August 24th Greetings Readers,
On August 6th, 2026, a company most screens still file under advertising software put its name on a defense program.
Eva Live, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAI), through its wholly owned subsidiary Eva Defense Inc., signed a development agreement with Boumarang Inc. for a jam-resistant communications drone.
Twelve months, $100K per month, August 2026 through July 2027, for a stated $1.2Mn.
The target is a sub-55-pound unmanned aircraft built to keep working when GPS and radio links fail, the conditions defense planners label DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Limited).
Deliverables include 10 to 20 field-tested prototypes and an NDAA-compliant supplier base, moving through four gates: feasibility, proof of concept, field test and beta.
Then, towards the end of last week, GOAI made a must-see chart move: |
To close out the week, GOAI jumped above and closed above 3 key technical chart levels in its:
- 20-Day Simple Moving Average (SMA)
- 50-Day SMA
- 13-Day Exponential Moving Average (EMA)
Does this mean that chart support levels could be strengthening?
Now, rewind seven months when the picture looked different.
GOAI joined the Nasdaq on January 28th, 2026, stepping up from the OTCQB with the ticker unchanged.
The backdrop for that move was the fiscal 2025 record: revenue of $17.04Mn, an 82.6% increase, net income of $8.13Mn against a $3.75Mn loss the prior year, and active enterprise clients rising to 20 from 15.
Then came the introduction of Eva Brain, an autonomous marketing agent the company says builds and optimizes campaigns across five major ad platforms without a human campaign team, delivering up to a 40% improvement in return on ad spend.
Two letters of intent followed inside six weeks.
On June 10th the company signed an LOI to acquire Psquared, a performance marketing firm credited in that release with more than $50Mn in revenue over four years on an unaudited basis.
Then on July 20th, it signed an LOI for 51% of Airbeam Wireless Technologies, a 60GHz semiconductor company valued near $16Mn, whose Lattice Semiconductor portfolio carries more than 260 patents and design assets. |
About Eva Live, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAI)
Eva Live sells software that plans, places and polices digital advertising.
Its product pages describe NeuroServer, an ad engine the company says runs more than 10,000 simultaneous campaigns; Eva Brain, the autonomous agent layer above it; FastQuote Direct, a conversational replacement for static lead forms; and FraudFence, which screens traffic quality.
Revenue comes from managed campaign spend and platform services sold to enterprise clients.
The structure has changed twice this year.
Eva Defense Inc. was established on June 16th, 2026 to acquire and partner in drone, autonomous systems and defense technology, and an internal cy-ber-security task force was stood up beneath it on June 22nd.

Behind The Scenes
Read the year's releases in sequence and the tone shifts.
In April the subject was campaign automation.
By June, on the new security unit, Boulette said the company was “not dipping a toe.”
By August the language had turned operational: the advisory board release named three defense products in development, the GOAT aircraft, the SwarmOS command console and the mmWave Link system, alongside the appointments of General Robert Brooks Brown, U.S. Army (Ret.), and Ross Mandel of Squire Patton Boggs LLP. |
Where The Shift Is Heading
The through-line is not advertising and it is not drones. It is autonomous decision-making sold into whichever market pays for it.
The reinforcement learning applied to bid and budget allocation is what the company now proposes to apply to unmanned systems and network security, with the potential Airbeam millimeter-wave assets supplying the link between them.
A capital markets thread runs alongside.
In March the company engaged the law firm Anderson Kill P.C. to pursue a tokenization strategy for GOAI under the Nasdaq framework, with a team led by former New York State Supreme Court Justice Louis L. Nock. |
Six Potential Catalysts Pin (Nasdaq: GOAI) To Our Radar
#1. A Signed Defense Program With Dated Monthly Milestones. The Boumarang agreement gives GOAI a twelve-month schedule with defined gates and a stated $1.2Mn value, disclosed August 6th, 2026.
#2. A Low Float Could Create The Potential For Heightened Volatility. With about 15.44Mn shares in its float, GOAI reads as a low float idea, which means the potential for heightened volatility may be significant.
#3. Fiscal 2025 Revenue Growth Of More Than Eighty Percent. The company reported an 82.6% revenue increase to $17.04Mn for 2025, giving GOAI a commercial base behind the expansion.
#4. Two Letters Of Intent Still Waiting To Convert. Psquared and Airbeam are signed but not closed, so each definitive agreement becomes a dated, checkable event for GOAI.
#5. Patent Depth Arriving Through The Airbeam Structure. The proposed 51% position carries more than 260 patents and design assets traced through SiBeam, Silicon Image and Lattice Semiconductor, intellectual property GOAI could not build quickly on its own.
#6. Named Defense Leadership Attached To Named Programs. A retired U.S. Army general and a cybersecurity advisor from Squire Patton Boggs LLP are shaping the GOAT, SwarmOS and mmWave Link programs, putting named people behind GOAI product claims. |
The Closing Read
Eva Live, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAI) entered 2026 as an advertising software vendor with one strong year behind it.
Eight months later it is a Nasdaq-listed company with a defense subsidiary, a security unit, two pending acquisitions and a schedule running into mid-2027.
None of it is finished, and the company has been direct that the drone program has no customers yet. What it does have is a public timetable, and timetables are checkable.
The next twelve months produce dated events: gate completions, definitive agreements, and filings that show whether the advertising engine is carrying the expansion.
We're initiating coverage on Eva Live, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAI).
Be on watch for updates heading your way soon. Talk again shortly.
